When we have a bad experience we all complaint, express our anger and make sure we tell everyone so they don't go through what we went through. When we have a great experience often we forget to say thank you, give credit or tell everyone so they have the same great experience we had. I wanna say that purchasing through Brian has been the best experience I ever had as a customer. First of all I saved about $200 on my item. After 3 days his company was having a Black Friday sale, and he was able to refund me the difference as well. Best part, an item that was not in stock I would have to wait 8-10 business day to receive it. It took a week or a bit less than that and I had it already. Without mentioning that Brian kept me updated every day on what was going on. Sort of like a personal package tracker lol. Seriously as a customer pov it's the best service you can get. We already have discussed about my seats that I will be purchasing soon and again Brian is saving me tons of money not only on the product but also with the ship and handling.
